Praveen started his Internet journey from Ecommerce, he was earning well with his job by his ecommerce thing and that helped him to quit his job and take internet full time. By 2017 he learned so many things on internet like Dropshipping, Affiliate Marketing, Blogs, Content Creation etc and he was also experimenting on these thing by doing it.

As far as Youtube Journey is concerned so there is a very interesting story behind it, One day he was watching a Youtube video of someone who belongs to village and he was helping people to learn about blogs, and that time one Idea came into his mind that when this guy with bare minimum resourced run a youtube channel and grow it then why don’t I start a Youtube channel and then he decided to start a Youtube channel purely out of passion and his aim was to help people from his knowledge.

So By 2017 he started a channel called Praveen Dilliwala which become Instant Hit and Make Praveen Famous among Youth and Student Type of content which Praveen is making helps student to take career decision, he also make content related to business and Finance which is very famous among his audience. He has more than 3.5 Million subscribers across social media platform.

In 2019 Praveen was watching one video where there was One guy taking interview of UPSC Topper, After that one thought came to his mind that Why our Society only values few toppers from IIT, IIM or UPSC or any other entrance examinations, why Indian society thinks that only these people can become successful? He was not against of any toppers but because our society believes that one can only be successful when he has IIT, IIM Degree or Have Government Jobs which is not a Holistic approach towards the success of society, So he thought what he can do to change this thinking and then he looks into his own journey, as he was not from any IIT, IIM or cracked any Govt Jobs but still he was successful and Financially Free in his 20’s. So he introspect what makes him successful make others too so there are some skills came out by this introspection which are Communication Skill, Time Management, Decision making skill, Leadership skill, Knowing Internet, Problem solving skills which make Praveen Succesful in his life. So he decided to teach these skill to People which is most lacked skill in Indian Society and most of millennials and Youth is not giving proper attention to these Life skill which make one successful and therefore he started Earnshala, which is India’s first Employment Oriented platform that teach people to those skills which make people to get Instant Job or business opportunity and helped them to grow in life too.
